Paul Barlow founded L&Co in 2003 having spent fourteen years with global design & branding agencies in the UK & the US. He designed the corporate identity for GlaxoSmithKline & led major projects for LEGO, Nescafé & Saab. Paul’s work has won awards in Europe & the US.

L&Co use intelligent design to translate clients’ often complex challenges into simple compelling communications whether working for multi-nationals or start-up ventures.

We are a keen supporter of educational and sustainable causes, running an intern programme as well as being closely involved with The Creative Conscience Awards. Our team of designers is supported by our network of partners that include strategists, writers, photographers, illustrators and animators.
